Coach Pharyne



Pharyne’s background (Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences and her certification as a Registered Health Coach), allows her to bring a scientific approach to health, wellness and nutrition, while being able to coach clients into making more sustainable lifestyle changes. She strives to bridge the gaps between traditional, nutritional advice and the latest thoughts and trends related to nutrition. Overall, she brings it back to the basics of our bodies. Through her experience consulting clients in corporate Calgary and Nutrition Educating within Alberta schools, her background proves to be diverse.

Coach Kaylee


Kaylee brings in her unique background (degree in Psychology and graduate certification in Human Resource Management), to ensure that each client’s plan is personalized and catered to what their lifestyle allows. Don’t be mistaken though, your limits will be pushed through her constant ability to motivate you to show up as your best self. With more than 5 years of experience in the Health & Wellness industry managing fitness studios and teaching spin and HITT classes, Kaylee began to understand what the industry, was missing and was driven to change the way we think about diet and exercise.
