Currently, we deliver 3 days a week to Calgary - Sunday, Monday, Thursday. We also delivery Monday and Thursday to Edmonton. All your chosen meals will be delivered weekly on your scheduled delivery day!

For you to receive your order Sunday or Monday, you must order by 12pm on the Thursday before your delivery date.

If you wish you have it delivered on a Thursday, you must order your meals by 12pm on the Monday before Any changes made to your order after these cut off times will be reflected in the next order on the following week. 

Of course! You can use the Manage Subscription page in your Account Settings to modify items in your bundle.

But remember, any changes made to your order need to happen before your cut off times to ensure you receive it in your next order.

We produce all our meals the day before delivery to ensure the ingredients used at their peak freshness, and your meals are delivered at their optimum shelf life!
