Tips to using custom meals:
#1 - Looking for a standard portion size? We suggest going with 4oz protein, 4oz vegetable, and a full cup of starch/carb.
#2 - Change the flavour of each dish to your personal preference. Choose your favourite sauce or spice mix to keep things interesting
