Tips to building your custom meals:
Tip #1 - Looking for a standard portion size? We suggest going with 4oz protein, 4oz vegetable, and a full cup of starch/carb.
Tip #2 - Sauce up your life! We highly recommend adding our house made sauces to your custom meals. Each sauce comes in a 2oz container allowing you to add a little or add a lot. All of our proteins come lightly seasoned with salt and pepper so adding sauce to your order allows you to easily change the flavour of any dish. #perfection
Tip #3 - Keep a stack of meals in your fridge each week. With 5 days of shelf life you will be setting yourself up for meal time success.
