Fermented Honey Vinaigrette

We love using fresh and local ingredients to make all our dressings and sauces from scratch and our Fermented Honey Vinaigrette is no different. This fan favourite vinaigrette is made with lemons, fermented honey, apple cider vinegar and mustard.

Ingredients: Cold pressed canola oil, Lemon juice, Honey, Apple cider (certified organic raw apple cider vinegar and purified water. Diluted to 5% acidity), Kosher salt, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, white wine, salt, sodium bisulphite), Oregano, Black pepper
