Chicken Caesar Salad

Your traditional caesar salad with a bit of a twist. Grilled Alberta free range chicken breast, fresh veggie slaw, quinoa, housemade chickpea croutons served with a side of our housemade Caesar dressing.

Ingredients: Roots and greens slaw [Brussel sprouts, kale, carrots, mixed quinoa [Vegetable stock (water, carrots, yellow onion, celery, black pepper, parsley, thyme, bay leaf), red quinoa, white quinoa, white quinoa, kosher salt, black pepper, red cabbage, broccoli], Romaine lettuce, Grilled chicken breast [chicken, brine (water, kosher salts, yellow onion, lemon, black peppercorn, garlic, bay leaf)], Cold pressed canola oil, Kosher salt, Black pepper, Smoked chickpeas (chickpeas, water, salt, calcium chloride, disodium EDTA), Grapeseed oil, Smoked paprika, Silicon dioxide, Kosher salt, Black pepper, Lemon, Parmesan (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes).

Dressing Ingredients: Preserved lemon and garlic aioli [Cold pressed canola oil, egg, preserved lemons (lemon, kosher salt), Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, white wine, salt, sodium bisulphite)], Garlic confit (garlic, cold pressed canola oil, black pepper, thyme), Kosher salt, Lemon juice, Parmesan (milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes), Capers, Red wine vinegar.
