Butternut squash, BC apples, housemade vegetable broth and local vegetables make this plant-based soup irrestibly good.

Ingredients: Filtered water, Butternut squash, Onion, Apple, Celery, Carrot, Cold pressed canola oil, Maple syrup (concentrated maple tree sap), Leek, Garlic, White wine (sauterne wine, salt, potassium sorbate (as a preservative),and or potassium meta- bisulfite (as a preservative)), Lemon, Thyme, Bay leaf, Salt kosher, Black pepper, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Parsley, Cayenne.
