Veggie Umami Bowl

Our plant-based Veggie Umami Bowl does not disappoint. Seared tofu, wild & cultivated mushrooms from BC, kale, broccoli and brown rice served with a side of our housemade Umami dressing.

Ingredients: Brown rice base [Vegetable stock (water, carrots, yellow onion, black pepper, celery, parsley, thyme, bay leaf), Brown rice, Yellow onion, Sauterne wine (salt, potassium sorbate/potassium metabisulfite), Canola oil, Kosher salt, Black pepper], Kale, Roasted mushrooms (mushrooms, cold pressed canola oil, black peppercorn, thyme, garlic, kosher salt), Tofu [Water, Whole soybeans, Nigari (sea water extract, calcium sulfate)], Carrots, Red pepper, Cashews.

Dressing Ingredients: Canola oil, Apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard (water, mustard seeds, vinegar, white wine, salt, sodium bisulphite), Ginger, Dried yeast, Niacin (vitamin B3), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Thiamin hydrochloride (vitamin B1), Folic acid, Vitamin B12, Tamari soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, sugar), Garlic.
