Mediterranean Chicken with Lemon Couscous

Don't know what Za'atar is....thats ok you can trust us its that GOOD! Local Platinum Alberta chicken marinated with Za'atar spices, couscous and Fair Winds Farm goats cheese. This dish is served with our house made Fermented Lemon Vinaigrette for that added pop of zest.
